Has Givers forum finally collapsed!!!!

This is a breaking news that will shake the Ponzi Scheme industry. Givers Forum, one of the most popular digital Ponzi Schemes has finally collapsed.
www.InstantGold.ng
For more than three days, Givers Forum members have not being able to log in to the account. The site still shows up on Google Search, but members have not been able to login.
Last week, we did report that Fraudsters have take over the system to defraud members by posting fake payment slips and getting validated, thereby making away with people’s money without being credited to their account.
Mrsnowgy's blog has received series of complaints from Givers Forum members who are in distress and are not able to either login or withdraw their money.
Since the owners of Givers Forum are not known, they are using proxy individuals to calm down tensed nerves of their members and further perpetrate that all is still well.
One Prezzy wrote on Jackobian.com, a Givers Forum apologist site that:
Is Givers giversforums scam?
Am sure you are worried, maybe because you could not login but I want to assure you that they are not scam and they are not running away!
They have a big issue with their login system and I have received calls severally from distressed people who wants to login and do some things.
One said she was scared
Too bad the admins don’t want to do anything about it. But there’s something you can do about it.

How to login on Givers Forums when the login is not working?
Simply switch your browser.
If you are using Google Chrome, try to use Uc browser to access the site.
If you are using Opera mini, change to chrome or UC Browser and it should be able to work.
If none of them works, simply clear your browser cache and cookies and try to login again!
If none works, just relax, close your browser, off your data and wait for a while.
Try to login later but don’t ever freak out. You’ll still be able to login later.
His comments and suggestions makes Givers Forum more scary and fraudulent as its comes. Unlike MMM Nigeria, another popular Ponzi Scheme, Givers Forum does not have a ‘customer support’ system for its members. None of these members know the owners of the scheme.
Another member wrote to us saying:
“I think givers forum is gone for good. Participants should take heart. In Street business you loose and gain. Your lost should not stop you from other good ones in town. But remember to put what will not break your heart should in case something go wrong. Encourage your self in the Lord and move on”
Apparently celebrating that he has not invested in the scheme before it collapse, another member said “Hei God of wonders, I can’t stop praising u. I just got registered and I have some few down lines mehn I made a pledge of 740k. Luckily for me I have not been matched b4 dc whole problem. Mehn I can’t access my account since 20th. Dc givers forum is not authentic unlike mmm. I don fly go back to my mmm where I have been blessed right from time. So genuine, oh my God can’t stop thanking uuuuuu. Givers forum is owned by disgruntled Nigerians, greedy once at dt. People go hearammmm. Hmmmm Chineke onye ebere”
Givers Forum will be joining Naija Help Givers as the second major Ponzi Scheme to collapse. The clock is also ticking on MMM Nigeria. The most popular scheme of these kind that proud itself with over 1.6 million members so far.

'Aba' girls Reportedly S3xually Active With Regular Boyfriend's At The Age Of 10/12

http://mrsnowgy.blogspot.com/2016/10/aba-girls-reportedly-s3xually-active.html
Dr Godwin Uwaoma, a medical practitioner,  said on Monday that girls in Aba, Abia State, engage in active s3xual activities from the age of 10, raising higher chances of contracting HIV.

Uwaoma, the Chairman of the Thematic Working Group at the Nigerian Faith Based Advisory Council for AIDS (NFACA), told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Aba that a 2014 research revealed the development.
He said that the study was conducted to find out the awareness of preventive measures among youths in the secondary schools for the Department of Public Health at the Imo State University.

“We discovered that some girls in Aba start s3xual activities at the age 10 to 12 and that at the age of 12, girls in Aba have “regular boyfriends” with whom they agree to have s3x regularly.

This was not known before. Usually HIV prevention was targeted at age 15 upward but we now know that before 15 they have become s3xually active. And there is a lot of difference between when you are forced into it and you remove yourself thereafter and when at this age you now have a regular partner."

What!😨 This is serious!

Four little girls abandoned by their parents for being 'witches' rescued in Akwa Ibom

http://mrsnowgy.blogspot.com/2016/10/four-little-girls-abandoned-by-their.html
Read the story according to Child's Right And Rehabilitation Network (CRARN);

Four female children were yesterday rescued by a good samaritan around 1:00 AM in the night. The children whose origins are yet to be identified said they were told in a prayer house that they were witches, an allegation which compelled their parent to abandoned in another prayers house which they went for deliverance, for years without bringing them food to them.
Their parent later came to the church at the instance of the pastor, pick them and put in a waiting car which drove them to the Abak bridge and dropped them there. The children were malnourished and seen with wounds, bruises, and scars in different parts of their body indicative of variant degrees of torture, which of course are not uncommon with children who suffer similar faith consequent upon witchcraft stigmatization.
"My father said he's afraid of God, he would have killed us as instructed by the prophets." one of the children said.
Four Children Rescue In The Night At Abak, Akwa Ibom State
A right activist said after the rescue: "Children have continued to be abandoned in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria over witchcraft allegation by parents after desperate and nouveau rich pastors and prophets label witches/wizards and made their parents force them on the streets if not killed. These children were lucky to be rescued yesterday in the wee hours of the night at Abak new bridge otherwise, they would have been picked by the lurking human traffickers or ritual killers who maraud the streets in search of children for diabolic purposes.
"Different states in Nigeria, mostly Akwa Ibom, Cross River and River States, remain the hotbed for children abandonment due to witchcraft accusations. Lagos and Ekiti have also been reported to be in the high rank of witchcraft allegation on children and elderly people in recent times which lead to their death and forceful incapacitation.

Kaffy finally responds to maltreatment allegations by dancers, says they are ingrates

http://mrsnowgy.blogspot.com/2016/10/kaffy-finally-responds-to-maltreatment.html

Recall that a dancer Micheal Omani, and some others yesterday blasted Nigeria dance queen, Kaffy for maltreating them whenever they go for shows. Saying that she deserved whatever Davido did to her.
http://mrsnowgy.blogspot.com/2016/10/kaffy-finally-responds-to-maltreatment.html
Read her response after the cut...

I really want to use this medium to address the so called maltreatment allegations of dancers that has been in circulation!
It is a pity that it is the same People u fight for with clients for countless hours at meetings . Dancers who mostly get jobs out of the relentless hours of conviction and negotiations not to talk of back and forth that goes on with various deals and clients in order to secure them jobs while they sit at home waiting for a call by we leaders in dance that they are insulting today , in this case am the king pin EVIL QUEEN.
You see it is easy for people to see u on top and wish for your position but they are never ready to take the pain and Sacrifice required to get there. A dancer that started today want to earn the same as people that are more experienced and skillful than him just because they stand side by side at rehearsals grounds.
I am a victim of my Humanity and Humility . It is emotional attachment to want to help as many people as possible that has caused me bigger problems in my life but I can't change what God is using me for just because of persecution.
They say I pur 50 people in a room 😳without pay . Pls what kind of room is it o and where . When u make allegations pls be ready to defend to the last with proof. Where did this occur?
Which job have u done that I have gotten paid for I repeat that u can prove I have gotten paid for and failed to pay you?
You say I maltreat u when all you do is try to even sabotage jobs that you begged to be part of i made it happen then u stab me in d back.
I don't condone misconduct around clients because in business customers still have an edge and we have been faced with the most difficult clients and as dance leader are thrown into d storm of protecting our clients and dancers who are to render services at the same time. Do you know how difficult that can be sometimes. Sometimes budgets are reviewed and cut without warning even with the tightest contracts the corruption of our country still subjects us to succumb and try to resolve matter with humility even when d other party is wrong.
Don't u think am tires of looking bad to dancers because of what I face with defaulting clients ?

If I have never paid you why do you still come to work for me.
Why do u guys betray me and come back to beg over and over and over again and I keep forgiving because I know it's a phase u going through and for each time u do wrong and come back to beg I take u back against the will of my family and friends.
I have lost my family for dance. I have lost love for dance, I will be sick but work so u a m make money  U say am owing u for Calabar am I the carnival commission who didn't pay .
You are all bunch of ingrates. I have been doing carnival since 2012 till 2015 for every year u got paid except a handful left for 2014 . The same people I called again doe 2015 and the carnival band paid you all promising to remit previous payment as soon as the government sorts them. When payment was delayed for almost 8 months in 2012 but u guys for paid less than 3 months after Did u know where the money came from? My personal funds . Same I did for 2013 and 2014. Till today am still owed . An average dancer gets 5 gigs from me and his owed 1 then I become a thief.
It's further painful that a lot of u are not even skillfully ready for any job we practically train u on re job giving u knowledge that u use to start ur own thing.
Infact if those of u that have passed through my company ever paid for the knowledge ,u will still be owing me and other choreographers.
You don't train urself to be better but u want more money. I will even be begging u rehearse.i open my home u come and don't expect to clean ,wash etc. then u stay rent and utility bill free and I make u money and u still expect me to cook for u? Which still do so we have family time together.from DNMT TO AWANJO FROM DNA TO GGB I have impacted and open doors for u guys to earn a living with or without me. What more do U want ?

Photos: Pope Francis meets Nigerian survivor of human trafficking and others, encourages them to fight modern slavery

Pope Francis met on Thursday, October 27th, met  with participants at an international conference on combatting human trafficking held at the Vatican. The Santa Marta Group, which organised the two day conference, was established in 2014 to pledge closer cooperation on anti-trafficking initiatives between the Catholic Church and law enforcement agencies worldwide.

At a concluding press conference Cardinal Vincent Nichols of Westminster, one of the founding members of the group, and two survivors of human trafficking, Nigerian Princess Inyang Okokon and former Premier League player Al Banhura, who spoke of the progress that has been made over the past couple of years.
In his words to the group of bishops and religious, police and security officials, Pope Francis described trafficking as "one of the major challenges of our time" and he praised participants for the important contribution they’re making to end this scourge of modern slavery.

The number of victims, he noted, keeps growing year by year and it’s essential both to support victims of trafficking, but also to tackle the complex problems that lead to their exploitation.

Cardinal Nichols told journalists the group had presented the pope with the a report of positive developments in the 30 countries that are now part of the Santa Marta process:

"Above all perhaps, what this report shows is that human slavery and trafficking is not so hidden as it used to be. There is an increasing awareness that this, in the phrase of the Holy Father, is an open wound in the flesh of humanity, and that voices that were once completely hidden are now being heard."
Nigerian survivor Princess Inyang, who was trafficked into Italy in 1999 and forced into prostitution, until she was able to escape, with help from a priest working in the northern city of Asti, shared her story at the conference and called for deportation of the traffickers, as well as more education and skills training for vulnerable girls in her home country.
"The women are vulnerable because of the poverty in Nigeria, the background of the polygamy system of the families, the non-employment, and now we know that the traffickers go into the rural areas to get these young women because of their serious problems".
From Africa to Latin America, from Asia to Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East, the conference heard many encouraging stories of success in combatting the trade in people for prostitution, forced labour or sale of their body parts. But as their report also underlines, there is much frustration too, coupled with a renewed determination to work more effectively together for an end to what Pope Francis himself describes as a “crime against humanity".

Another Nominee Of President Buhari Turns Down Ambassadorial Offer

There was mild drama yesterday in the Senate as another nominee of President Muhammadu Buhari, Professor Akintunde Akinwande, failed to turn up for screening as Chairman, Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC.

This came barely 48 hours after minister and deputy governor of Plateau State, Mrs. Pauline Tallen, turned down her ambassadorial nomination for lack of consultation.

Professor Akinwande also refused to furnish the Senate Committee on Power, Steel Development and Metallurgy, headed by Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, PDP, Abia South, with his date of birth, qualifications, specialization, post-graduate experience and National Youth Service Corps, NYSC.

In a list of nominees circulated by the committee, it was only Akinwade’s column that records of date of birth, qualification, specialization, experience and certificate of National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, were missing. The other six nominees provided the information to the committee for perusal and the vital information would have been a prelude to Akinwande’s screening and other nominees for the commission.

A source told Vanguard that Akinwande turned down the nomination “because he was not consulted before the nomination was made and was not ready to leave his present businesses to take up the job.’’

After he defiled the girl, he said he didn't expect her to tell her parents but she did. The little girl told her mum who raised the alarm and reported the case Ikotun Police Division.

The Police went to his home and arrested him.

“I usually teach the victim and two others after school hours at Ikotun. When the girl was brought to my place, I said they should buy a notebook for her, but her parents did not. Last Wednesday, I gave her an assignment, but she did not do it. When she came to me on Thursday during school period, I asked of the notebook, she said her mother did not give her the money. I told her to go to JSS one class and join the other two girls; that I would soon be with them.
“When I was done with my classes, I joined them there and taught them for the day. My house is not far from the school. My mum called me to come home and do the dishes. “I told the girl to go with me, that I would buy the notebook for her at a woman’s shop near my house. She went with me; I bought the book for her and she said she was hungry. I bought biscuit for her and as I was about to go, the woman said I should bring her bottle which had been with me. I told her I would bring it later, but she refused. She said the victim should go with me to the house, so that I would give her the bottle. That was how the girl went with me to the house.
“I took her inside our parlour. I put her on the chair and put my manhood in her mouth. I did not touch her private part. They have done a test and confirmed I did not touch her there. She did not cry and she did not complain. But she went home and reported to her parents. “I only put my male organ inside the mouth of the girl. I did not rape her. I just do not know what got into me.
However, I’m ready to face the consequences of my action. I know I have committed a crime and I’m guilty.Whatever is my punishment; I’ll face it and hope God would have mercy on me. I have never done something like this before. I do not have a girlfriend"

NMA Wants DSS To Extend ‘Sting Operation’ To Health Sector

The Nigerian Medical Association has called on the Federal Government to extend the sting operation by the Department of State Services to all other sectors of the economy, particularly health, as it was done in the judiciary where some judges were arrested for alleged graft.

The President of NMA, Prof. Mike Ogirima, and its Secretary-General, Dr. Yusuf Sununu, said this at a press briefing in Abuja on the occasion of the 2016 Physicians’ Week with the theme, “Healthcare delivery in a frail economy: Challenges and way forward.”

This year’s Physicians Week, NMA said, was aimed at demanding the implementation of the National Health Act 2014 by the Federal Government, arguing that this would address some of the challenges being experienced by Nigerians due to the economic recession.

Ogirima said, “We call on the Federal Government to extend the anti-corruption crusade to all other sectors of the economy as it was done in the judiciary arm of the government. It is our belief that if this is extended to the health sector, the little resources available in the sector would be properly utilised to improve the affordability and accessibility of healthcare services to Nigerians who are passing through the economic recession.”

The NMA called on the Federal Government to investigate and prosecute all those accused of diversion of relief materials meant for the Internally Displaced Persons in line with its anti-corruption campaign.

He said, “The NMA wishes to draw the attention of government to the negative impact of the psychological trauma and health challenges facing the released Chibok girls. We wish to stress here that we are ever ready to partner in providing voluntary specialist healthcare services to all the released Chibok girls through our members across the country.”

Lagos Landlord sells his house even though tenants' rent expire in 2018, leading to series of unfortunate events

Anaka Eugene narrated his ordeals to Due Process Advocate Facebook page. Read his post below:
"Pls come to my aid. Apart from Due Process Advocate, I rest my case to God. My landlord sold his house in no 66 Igando rd, Ikotun, Lagos. My rent will expire in 2018. On 1st October, the tenants and Agents of the new landlord met and was officially informed of the sale.
The Agents said they don't have business with us, said if we have not collected our balance, we should do so from the old landlord, that their client wants to build filling station there. They said they have collected permit from Police and Alausa for demolition of the house. Even though some of us like Mr Basil has not collected his balance. We begged for time they refused. Threatened that they bought land somewhere and the tenants refused to quit, the day they did, not with a single pin. A week after the meeting, land use officials locked our main gate, leaving us with the only option of following back yard. There, we found out that the sucker way pit has been opened by God knows who. All in effort to inconvenient us. On 7th October about midnight some group of youths invaded our compound, said a boy is missing and native doctor said the boy is within the compound. We allowed them conduct search. On 10th October, about 10:00am, I was in my work place when I began to receive many calls from concerned neighbours that the missing boy has been found dead in a sucker way of our compound. That group of youths are destroying everything in the yard including my car. They said I should not come home that my life is better than properties. Police was there but could not stop them. They destroyed everything and stole every valuables including my car brain box"

I once said that I was not elected President of Nigeria to spread poverty, I was elected to generate and spread wealth-Former Pres. Goodluck Jonathan at the Oxford Union

Former Nigerian President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan Monday spoke at the Oxford Union, succeeding US Secretary of State, John Kerry, who spoke at the same event in May this year.
Speaking on the theme 'Fostering Youth Entrepreneurship, Dr. Jonathan, whose speech was streamed live, said:

"I once said that I was not elected President of Nigeria to spread poverty, I was elected to generate and spread wealth." 'My belief in this regard is that getting a job or being a worker cannot completely cure the disease of poverty. It is only your own business that can provide such security and give you the financial freedom you need to prosper."
Dr. Jonathan asked the esteemed audience some questions during his speech which included;
"Why are some nations rich and some poor?
Why do individuals that grow up in similar circumstances end up differently, with some as successes and others as failures?
Is the wealth of nations a result of geography, weather, culture, destiny, etc.?
What could a leader do to effectively lift a people out of the depths of poverty, and enable them to achieve prosperity?"
The former Nigerian leader talked about youth entrepreneurship programs his administration pioneered saying that one of them, YouWIN was a major plank of his job creation efforts.
"The motivation for this program is for young people to go into SMEs, create jobs for other young people with the expectation that some would grow to large scale businesses" Dr. Jonathan said.

Guards attacked by robbers for preventing them from robbing residents of the community

A suspected robbery gang has unleashed terror on security guards in Otumara/Ilaje community, in the Costain area of Lagos State, for allegedly preventing them from robbing residents of the community., Punch reports.
http://mrsnowgy.blogspot.com/2016/10/guards-attacked-by-robbers-for.html
The suspected robbery gang members were reportedly armed with cutlasses and knives, among other weapons, and were allegedly led by one Solomon.

According to Punch Metro, they attacked and injured the guards around 9pm on Friday at a security post in the neighbourhood.

It was learnt that one of the guards, who escaped from the scene, called for reinforcement and the chief security officer of the community and other guards moved to the area.

The assailants reportedly took to their heels, but the gang leader, Solomon, was arrested and handed over to the police at the Iponri division.

A resident of the area, who identified himself simply as Rasaq, said the security of the community had recently been beefed up to forestall robbery attacks.

He said the attackers were suspected robbers, whose operations had been frustrated by the security guards manning the neighbourhood.

He said,
“For some months now, we have not witnessed any robbery attack on the community; thanks to the effectiveness of the security guards. They have intensified surveillance at every nook and cranny of this community, which makes us to live peacefully.
However, on Friday, some robbers attacked the guards at their base and injured some of them. The grouse of those miscreants was that they had been deprived of their illegal means of livelihood – robbing people and breaking shops.”
One of the security guards, who did not want his name in print, said that his injured colleagues had reportedly been discharged from a hospital he was rushed to.
“We are working with the police to get other members of the gang arrested,” he added.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP, Dolapo Badmos, confirmed the attack.

She said,
“One Agekameh Patrick, the CSO of Otumara/Ilaje reported that while on routine patrol of the community at about 9pm on Friday. He accosted a suspected armed robber, Solomon, a well known criminal.
The suspect and his gang members were armed with knives and other weapons and attacked some security men in the community. But they were overpowered. The case is still under investigation.”

"Don't bring stolen money as offering to my church", Abuja pastor warns congregation

Sarah Omakwu, senior pastor, Family Worship Centre (FWC), Wuye, Abuja, on Sunday delivered a scathing message to those donating looted money to churches, saying stolen money should not be brought to her church as offering.

According to Olola Seun Akioye, a member of her church who shared parts of her sermon on Facebook. Omakwu said she was not castigating sinners, but she preferred to miss their money and have them make heaven.

She also warned older men against sleeping with younger girls because they are rich enough to tempt the girls. She told such men that their daughters would experience the same.

“Any money that you cannot explain to God, don’t bring it to this church,” she said.

“If you are in the civil service and you have stolen money, please don’t bring the tithe to this church; I say this in Jesus name. You cannot do all that and then think you come to church and say a short prayer, that God will forgive you because of Grace.

“In church today, you see Christian ladies dress and there is no difference between them and prostitutes. What harlots wear to the bar, you wear to church in the name of Grace; nobody can persecute you because the devil has you already.

“If you are a prostitute here today, I do not condemn you. You are my sister; you are a daughter of Abraham and your body belongs to the Lord. I know some girls do this because they have bills to pay and you the man, you have the money but you cannot help them unless you sleep with them.

“You the man who takes advantage of those young girls, what you give to them, your own children will have it too. Bible says rejoice with the wife of your youth and let her breasts satisfy you. Stop all these strange breasts everywhere. You may say, Pastor why are you cursing us? No I am not cursing you; I am praying you out of your depravity.

“If you have stolen money, don’t bring it to this church; I repeat it in Jesus name. Someone says pastor, we will miss money. Yes, I will rather miss your money and have you make heaven. Christians should be a standing rebuke to the world.”

Police recover 19 cars, SUVs from ex-IG Arase

The Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has ordered an investigation into the purchase and distribution of vehicles by his predecessors.
It was gathered that the probe was informed by the discovery that retiring officers, including former  IGs and Deputy Inspectors-General of Police, were in the habit of appropriating police vehicles for their personal use.

Findings on Sunday show that the probe, which is being handled by the Special Investigation Panel, had identified and recovered 19 police vehicles from former IG, Solomon Arase.

Some of the vehicles include assorted sedans, Sports Utility Vehicles and pick-up vans.

The vehicles, it was learnt, were apart from the four vehicles he was entitled to take away with him on retirement.

A senior officer, who is familiar with the investigation, said the SIP was still working to recover five additional vehicles from the former police boss.

It was learnt that the SIP, headed by Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Ali Amodu, (retd.), had also recovered a number of police vehicles from other retired DIGs.

The recovered vehicles were said to have been distributed to newly promoted Commissioners of Police and AIGs.

The source said, “We are making progress in our investigations. We were able to trace 24 vehicles to the former IG and we have recovered 19 already. He has yet to release the remaining five, but we won’t let up until we recover all the vehicles. We have pictures of the vehicles and they have been documented, so he can’t deny it, the recovery is a fact.”

Arase had earlier denied taking away 24 vehicles when his successor, Idris, made the allegation during an interview with journalists on July 18, 2016, shortly after he assumed office.

Idris had further alleged that the seven DIGs, who retired alongside Arase, also carted away between seven and eight cars each.

Arase, however, denied the allegations of his successor, saying he did not go away with any police vehicle.

He said,
“What am I going to do with 24 cars? Do I want to open a car shop? This is a malicious accusation. There are ways of verifying issues rather than engaging in media propaganda.”
Arase said all vehicles bought by the police under him were distributed to the state commands and other appropriate units of the Nigeria Police Force.
