The University Village part 34

If you missed part Thirty Three read it HERE!!!
Immediately they got to the hospital, he met the class-rep who explained everything and said the doctor demanded twenty thousand naira for the operation, and also positioned that they pay half the amount before he would commence service.
Femi was quite restless, he knew something rapid needed to be done to weather the storm. Then, he opened her hand-bag and saw some money inside from where he was able to garner five thousand naira, then he entered an okada to the nearest First bank branch situated inside the school, he met a mammoth crowd at the ATM stand, as he pleaded with the people on the queue who allowed him to withdraw, just as he collected an additional five thousand naira from his account and went back to the hospital to foot the bills.
About then, the surgery started immediately, but not after Femi had agreed to sign a consent form on behalf of her parents. The surgeons had utilized the appendicectomy technique in carrying out the operation, which is a single cut incision in order to remove the appendix. Thereafter, she was given antibiotics while intravenous drips were placed on several parts on her body.
The following day, her father arrived the hospital after driving down from Lokoja, the state capital. Femi got his number from her phone, and had put a call through to him informing him about the unfortunate development. Mr. Michael was very shocked to see his daughter in that condition. After her mother died, Ayo had been the one taking care of her siblings as the first child of the family.
Femi had slept on the hospital’s corridor the night before as there was nobody to look after her. Mr. Michael was very grateful to him as he could barely thank him enough, Femi then briefed him about the doctor’s report, purposely omitting the part where he added five thousand naira to the fee.
Later that day, different group of their coursemates started trouping to the hospital to pay her a courtesy visit, and also to pray with her. Except for Ibrahim who refused visiting. On the other hand, Ayo was too weak to thank all of them for coming, the least she could do was to see who came and respond with a warmly smile. Femi was with her until evening when he went back home after he had given her, her hand-bag together with her mobile phone.
****
FOUR DAYS LATER
emi was at his lodge playing P.E.S with Bishop then a Land Rover SUV drove into the compound, shortly, he heard a knock at his door.
“Come in if you’re beautiful!” Femi said still concentrating on the game before him.
Suddenly, he saw a human figure approaching towards his direction, and without the use of Rocket science, his modus operandi interpreted her to be a female. The closer she walked towards him, he was able to get a clearer view of her physique. The beautiful young lady walked majestically with a well calculated step, just as the restless wind stroke her hair from side to side, her beauty had totally captured his attention. Instantly, he felt butterflies in his stomach, and a thousand thought crossed through his mind in a second.
Femi stood up promptly, they were both staring at each other as though they knew themselves from time past. They both halted, gazing at each other frantically without uttering a word.
“Please, pardon my manners, I’d love if we start over from the beginning. My name is Odunayo, I’m 19years old, and I’m here to ask for your forgiveness.” Ayo said breaking the silence coupled with a huge grin on her face. Her father who was waiting outside had brought her to Femi’s residence, she had been discharged from the hospital.
“My name is Oluwafemi. I’m 20years old, and you’re forgiven. Go and sin no more!” Femi replied with a straight face. Suddenly, Ayo’s grin turned into a frown, she looked dejected as she slowly turned her back, and about to walk out of the room.
“Wait! I don’t mean you should leave.” Femi replied with a bigger grin on his face, as he opened his arms widely to embrace her. Just then, Ayo ran to embrace him as he raised her up in the process. “Must you always have to be funny?” Ayo chipped in stylishly immediately he dropped her down. Like in the movies, their lips got interlocked in a passionate kiss, which made Bishop to cover his eyes while he did the sign of the cross.
“Will you be my lover?” Femi said as he knelt down on the floor.
“I’ll love you a thousands times, until the end of time.” Ayo replied with a smile on her face, as she held him upright.
“I’m taking you to momma.” Femi added with a cute wink.
***
At that moment, Femi was brought back to reality when someone tapped him on his shoulder, only to realize that he had been dreaming all along. He was sleeping in class but woke up to see Mr. Bello Arome standing beside him with a deadly look.
“Young man, leave my class right now!” Mr. Bello Arome commanded.
Femi stood up smiling, he looked around and saw that all eyes were on him, he shook his head and walked out of the class to the other side of life.
THE END.

Love is not finding a perfect person, but seeing an imperfect person perfectly. True love isn’t expensive, it’s a free gift from the heart. Despite human imperfections, the heart knows what it wants, and in the end of the day, Love conquers all….
The following monday morning, students from the department of sociology were seated in the lecture theatre, while some had assembled themselves in various groups discussing about the rift that transpired between Femi and Ibrahim two days ago. The news spreaded like a virus and everyone seemed to have something to say concerning the fued. Except the ‘beefers’ who were less concerned about people gossiping them.
**************
“Attention everyone! I’m holding the list containing the matric numbers of our newly admitted direct-entry students. If you hear your name, kindly run come and collect your number.” The class-rep interrupted the atmosphere while dropping yet another grammartical blunder. The entire lecture theatre roared in laughter due to the offence committed by the No1 man in class; He was always fond of committing grammartical genocide.
The class-rep feigned ignorance to their stupidity, and proceeded to calling the names on the list.
“Zainab Kadiri!” He shouted but she was absent from class.
Odunayo Cynthia Michael.” Ayo stood up gracefully on hearing her name, she was walking towards the class-rep when something suddenly struck her inwardly. She felt a sharp pain in her stomach which sent her crumbling to the floor, while she yipped in distress. The pain moved to the lower right side of the abdomen and became even more sharper and severe. This time, she could barely walk or stand upright. People rushed towards helping her, still, she was unable to stand, as she laid on the floor crying helplessly. By this time, the whole class was already disorganised, as on-lookers gathered around her in a bid to ascertain what was happening. All efforts to ascertain the problem proved abortive as she could hardly speak nor move her muscles fluently. The class-rep took over the situation and after several consultations, she muttered slowly that they should take her to the school clinic. It seemed she was the only one who knew the problem. Since she couldn’t walk, the class-rep carried her on his back as they made out of the lecture theatre, while some students walked slowly behind them, obviously marvelled.
Femi was shocked as the unfortunate event unravelled before his very eyes, for a moment, he was confused not knowing whether to help her or not. Just then, he saw an hand-bag belonging to her and he quickly got hold of it – to avoid stories that touch. Inside the hand-bag was her handset and other valuables. On his way out of the classroom, Femi saw Ibrahim sitting relaxed pressing his phone, and he thought to himself, whether Ibrahim even had empathy for his new found lover.
On arrival to the clinic, Ayo was diagnose with Appendictis. Evidently, she had been battling the health condition up until recently. Appendicitis can erupt when the appendix becomes inflamed and swollen. The appendix is a small finger-like tube that is attached to the first part of the large intestine, called the caecum. It is located in the right side of the abdomen.
The clinic management scanned her using x-ray and discovered that the appendix had become ruptured (burst), and if not quickly removed, could spill infected contents into the abdominal cavity. This is a more serious medial emergency, and if left untreated, infection of the lining of the abdominal cavity could be life-threatening. Ayo’s situation required urgent operation, and since the clinic doesn’t perform surgery, they recommended that she be taken to St’ Maria Goretti, a private hospital in the hub of the town, which they did with immediate alacrity.
On arrival, she was taken to an emergency ward where she was placed on a sick bed. The doctor in-charge demanded for half-payment before the operation would be carried out. The class-rep tried to contact her parents but her mobile phone was no where to be found, they resulted to begging the doctor to please conduct the surgery first before payment, but the doctor sternly declined as he reiterated that it was a private hospital and that was their policy, with little or no regard for Ayo who was lying on her death-bed. The doctor only gave her paracetamol to help relieve the pain, and left them stranded in the room almost immediately.
*****
Meanwhile, back at the school premises, Enemona approached Femi asking what step he had intended to take concerning Ayo’s predicament, and he blatantly stated that there was nothing he could do regarding the situation. Mona made him see reasons why he should forget about the past, and atleast, go and see her to know how she’s fairing.
After a while, Femi consented to what he said, then they both boarded separate bikes to the school clinic where they were later re-directed to the hospital where she was transfered to…

If you missed part Thirty One, read it HERE!!!
It appeared that Femi had connived with Sophia to attend the party personally with him after he had paid her knowing that she was a gullible money monger. Little wonder the matching outfit thingy. Two things were involved; Femi had his game plans well articulated by bringing Sophia along with him knowing that her presence was going to spark controversy considering the fact that she once had something going with Ibrahim, until recently when he started flaunting with Ayo, who was Femi’s bossom friend at a time before they pasted ways. Also, he ended up going against his words when he said to Mona, that they shouldn’t expect anything unusual during the party.
As the show proceeds, the master of ceremony announced the auction of a wine, and that the highest bidder would be the one to pop the wine. After a while of silence, Ibrahim volunteered to pay five hundred naira, then Femi countered him as he dropped one thousand naira. Ibrahim topped up the money with an additional one thousand five hundred naira, but to the amazement of everyone, Femi dropped an additional four thousand naira. Ibrahim was stunned, he shook his head in dejection as he surrendered to defeat, which made him very furious.
The MC’ thunderously welcomed Femi to the stage, handing him the wine, he was joined by Sophia while the DJ played a dancehall music to blend with the euphoric moment.
Femi popped the wine happily, spilling the content on himself and Sophia as they took the dancefloor. The both of them began dancing romantically, the dance which started innocently suddenly turned Intimate. The DJ didn’t help matters as he shuffled the music to R n B. Femi grabbed Sophia on her Buttocks rocking her steadily, while she twerked on his Joystick. The dance got to a climax when Sophia began giving Femi a lap-dance, happening directly opposite Ayo. They were obviously dancing seductively on purpose in order to make her jealous.
An adage says “Watch how you celebrate, because your happiness could make another person sad.” This was, however, the case as Ayo got enraged, having had enough, she stood up angrily and exited the party, almost in tears. Seeing what had happened, Ibrahim grabbed the bottle of magic moment, broke it on a pillar and attempted attacking Femi before he was held by their coursemates.
The music suddenly came to a halt, Femi quickly took cover and then grabbed a bottle to defend himself. Peace makers rose to the occasion cooling down the nerves of the two gentle-men, or should I say action-men, and the party was cancelled abruptly.
The bouncer came around and asked the two groups to leave one after the other, and that was how the welcome party ended in deadlock…..

The University Village Part 30

If you missed part Twenty Nine, read it HERE!!!
That moment when you’re desperate to suprise someone, but the person ended up surprising you instead. Such experience could trigger a severe emotional breakdown and psychological depression.
Ayo was shocked, astonished, startled, perplexed, wrecked, astounded, aghast, dismayed, and as a matter of fact, words could barely express how she felt at that moment. She instantly felt cold shiver gushed down her spine in a split second. Femi was shocked to see the person he least expected, at that moment, his morale went all down low, he lost interest in the s*x. Amid tears rolling down her cheek, Ayo retreated out of the room, while shutting the door disguistingly. Femi was depressed, it seemed as though someone sent a big blow to his head, as he couldn’t think straight while he sat back on the bed pondering aimlessly.
A while after, Juliet moved closer trying to pacify him, then he flung her hands away disguistingly, even telling her to leave his apartment, since she was the architect of the whole problem.
Juliet was stunned by his sudden change of behaviour towards her, it was the least she expected from him. She then looked at him by blinking her eyes rapidly in a scornful manner, hissed at him, then proceeded to wearing her clothes while she left the room shortly, leaving Femi in riveria.
Femi found it difficult to believe that what had happened was real. The unfortunate event kept playing inside his head in slow motion. He was very furious by allowing himself to be seduced by Juliet, which had cost him someone so dear to his heart.
After putting on his clothes, he dialled her number but she wasn’t answering the calls. Soon afterwards, her phone was switched off. He then sent a text message to her knowing that it would be delivered whenever she decides to switch back the phone on. In the message, he begged for forgiveness explaining how the girl tried to seduce him and he feel for it foolishly. He admitted his error asking her for a second chance hoping to make it up to her.
Later that day, his phone beeped and behold, it was a message from Ayo. It reads “When you came into my life, I was glad that I had found not only a friend but a best-friend and a soul-mate. I never knew you were just like every other guy. I’m really disappointed in you. Henceforth, I choose not to be affiliated with you in anyway whatsoever, and I implore that you forever keep your boundary.” Those were the contents of the heart wrecking message.
****
TWO WEEKS AFTER
Alot had been said and done, Femi continued calling Ayo but she kept bouncing his calls, not wanting to speak with him. She even went to the extent of changing DP’s on her social media platform about guys being wicked and deceptive. At a time, she began posting loved-up pictures of herself and Ibrahim, the Abuja big boy in controversial poses, all in a bid to get back at Femi. It became obvious that she was trying to make him jealous as she always acted lovey-dovey with Ibrahim whenever they were in class, knowing fully well that Femi would notice their public display of affection.
It got to the extent that their fellow course-mates started noticing the sudden changes between the trio but none was bouyant enough to enquire what was happening, except Enemona, who didn’t take the unfolding drama likely. Mona approached Femi on a particular day where he told him not to pretend as though he hadn’t noticed that Ayo had been flirting with Ibrahim of recent, and people were beginning to gossip about them, even mocking Femi for being a loser. It was then that Femi narrated everything to Mona, who in turn reiterated that Femi made a big mistake, but also blamed Ayo for blowing the issue out of proportion.
Femi had since forgotten all about Ayo, as he had deleted her from all his social media platform, even deleting her phone number, except that he couldn’t delete the number from his brain which he had already memorized.
On friday that week, they were all seated in class awaiting the arrival of a lecturer, and as usual, Ibrahim and Ayo were both seated together catching feelings. Ibrahim brought out his iphone 5 while they began snapping selfies. Femi sighted them from the adjacent corner of the classroom where he was seated, but instead of getting jealous or upset, he simply smiled and feigned ignorance as though he couldn’t see them. Although, Femi still had feelings for Ayo but he just didn’t want to be in a competition with anybody. Besides, if she truly loved him, she wouldn’t hesitate to make their relationship work since he had apologized. Perhaps, letting go was the best decision he made, or so he thought.
Shortly, the class-rep mounted the podium to remind the newly admitted direct-entry students amongst them about their matriculation holding the following day, Saturday. And also to remind them that a departmental party would be organised in commemoration with the direct-entry students holding at night, at the hanala hotel. A popular hotel in the school.

The pressure had escalated, and the atmosphere was thrown into S#xual rumble.
“Arrgh!!… I’m so wet, please fvck me now, fvck me now…” Julie yelled above the tone of her voice, which signified how badly her libido needed the kondo. Femi responded to the call of duty, as he pulled off her skirt in less than five seconds, then he used another five seconds to remove her underwear using his bare teeth. It may seem romantic, but he purposely used his teeth to pull-off her pant, so that he could sniff her ‘veejay’ in order to ascertain whether her pusssy smelled good or otherwise, as the smell of some girl’s Kittycat could be a very big turn off. Fortunately, her pusssy had a very nice smell, and also well shaven for easy access into the promise land.
Femi approximately used a total of ten seconds to fully undress her, then he pulled-off his belt, removed his trouser and shirt and threw them on the floor. Apparently, he had slept with his clothes on since he was very tired the night before. It remained only his boxers and out of impatience, Femi pulled it to his knee level thereby releasing his dragon from prison. The young man was fully erected as it curved sideways taking the shape of a banana. Before he made an attempt to penetrate her, the thought of “Ayo” swiftly flashed through his mind, but he quickly ignored the thought. It would be correct to say that he wasn’t using his brain to think at that moment, instead, his Joystick was doing the thinking.
Whereas, Ayo had just stepped out of the bathroom and walked into her hostel room, where she met her roommates having a nasty conversation about all the guys they had slept with. They also took turns to insult some guys who act silly when trying to woo them and made a good laugh out of it. The high point of the conversation was when her ‘bunkie’ started counting the number of boyfriends she had and even those disturbing her, and to crown it all, she wasn’t even good looking.
Ayo looked at herself pitily and wondered why she was still single, despite the fact that she got the looks and intelligence. Although, she dreaded relationships after her ex-boyfriend whom she loved so much and gave her virginity broke-up with her for no reason whatsoever. Ever since that happened, she had vowed to keep herself until she’s ready for marriage. Ayo couldn’t join in their conversation since she doesn’t have a boyfriend, besides, she haven’t even had s*x for a very long time. Though several guys had asked her for a relationship including her best friend, Femi, but she turned them down simply becauses she wasn’t ready for the drama that comes with many relationships. But amongst all the guys who have shown interest in her, the only person who seem close to perfection was Femi, but then, she just couldn’t compromise her feelings.
Ayo got dressed and laid on her hostel bunk, she was still eavesdropping on their conversation without mentioning a word. At this point, she felt guilt reeled over her, as she began reminiscing everything that Femi had done for her, she truly loved him but just didn’t expect him to propose too early, only if he had waited long enough, then, she could get to know him better as she wasn’t ready for yet another heart-break. Well, maybe she possibly over-reacted, Femi was obviously a nice guy, perhaps, he could be different from other guys who only intend to sample a girl and dump her afterwards. Ayo thought to herself as she decided to give him a chance.
Ayo then stood up from her bunk with the intent of paying Femi a visit where she intend to accept his proposal. She had thought about calling him on phone about her coming, but then she changed her mind on a second thought and decided to make it a surprise visit. Ayo then walked outside the hostel premises where she mounted a bike and headed to Freedom quarters, Femi’s Lodge.
On getting there, she adjusted her dress properly and arranged her hair to look her best. As soon as she got closer to the door, she started hearing strange voices, that was when she caught a glimpse of a female leather slippers at Femi’s door-mouth. At that moment, she concluded that something was definitely not adding up. Just then, she slowly flung the door open and barged into the room only to see a strange girl giving Femi a bl.ow job, while the both of them were stark Unclad and sweating profusely…..
