The Football Whispers ranking is now at 4.8, although Pogba's agent Mino Raiola tweeted on Friday that a deal has not yet been done with Manchester United.
Pogba left Old Trafford for Serie A four years ago but is understood to have reached an agreement over his personal terms. As well as around 13m euros net per season by way of salary, the 24-year-old will also receive another 7m euros a year in image rights.

2. Dimitri Payet (West Ham) - 2.9


Can this dream become a reality

United are considering a shock bid for West Ham midfielder Dimitri Payet, according to France Football.
Inter Milan are also thought to be weighing up a bid for the Frenchman, who would command a fee in the region of £50m. Many united fans will be hoping this dream becomes a reality.


3. Fabinho (2.5)

 
The Monaco defender is back in the top three as he continues to be linked with a move to Old Trafford.
Fabinho, who is reportedly open to a move to the Premier League, and Jose Mourinho share the same agent in Jorge Mendes and the Brazil international made his only loan appearance at Real Madrid under the new United manager in May 2013.
